(The ABACA reviewed this application on 4/12/11. The applicant wishes
to address the Board re: color for the proposed sign).

2. Dr. Thakur - 3650 Hill Blvd., Jefferson Valley Exterior Alterations
(The applicant proposes to add 7 windows to an existing building).

3. Mohegan Diner (Argyros) - 1880 East Main St., Mohegan Lake Certificate of Occupancy
(Addition was built in 2004 but certificate of occupancy has not been issued).
