The Town Board will meet with various department heads on Nov 10th to discuss the tentative budget. The following day, Nov 11th, the Board will adopt a preliminary budget for general public comment. The Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget will be held on Dec 7th. Based on public comment, the Town Board will determine if any revisions are appropriate and may vote to adopt the final budget on Dec 7th, but no later than Dec 20th.
