Planning Board Special Use Permit Application
If this application is not being made in conjunction with a request for site plan approval from the Planning Board, a site plan/plot plan and Short EAF must also be submitted with this application.
The required fee is $625.00 for new applications and $312.00 for requests to renew an existing permit (where applicable).

(Any outdoor dining for more than 12 seats) (Less than 12 seats by Building Inspector) **PLEASE NOTE - Due to COVID, the Town Board has authorized the Building Inspector to grant temporary outdoor seating permits regardless of the number of seats. This temporary permit expires December 31, 2023. Applicants are encouraged to also process an application (for more than 12 seats) with the Planning Board if they want to obtain more permanent approval from the Board. The $625 permit fee still applies for this application. Approvals are typically granted for 3-5 year time periods depending on the location and circumstances of the specific application. |
