The Planning Board must approve any outdoor dining with more than 12 seats.
If you would like to apply for a special use permit, submit the application below along with a sketch plan of your seating area and the required fee to the Planning Department. You do not need a drawing from a professional engineer or architect to apply for this permit unless you are proposing improvements on your property that would require their design.
