Request from Putnam/Northern Westchester Women’s Resource Center to hang a banner during the month of February 2015. February is Teenage Dating Violence Awareness Month.

Parks and Recreation:
Request from Yorktown Parks and Recreation Department for resolution authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2015 Green Ford F350 pickup Truck as specified in the Westchester County contract #RFB-WC-13330 for Pickup Trucks 2015 Model Year from Vance Country Ford located in Mamaroneck, NY for a total of $37,298.25.
Water Department:
Request from Yorktown Water Department for resolution authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2015 blue Ford Low Boy F550 Dump Truck as specified in the Westchester County contract #RFB-WC-13407 for Dump Trucks 2014/2015 Model Year from Vance Country Ford located in Mamaroneck, NY for a total of $54,923.00.
RESOLUTIONS (to be passed TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2015)
Town Attorney:
Request from Town Attorney for resolution accepting a road widening strip and conservation easement that the developer is required to give the Town (Gione Subdivision).
Finance Department:
Request from Finance to allow Patricia Caporale and Sandra Serrano to attend the 2015 New York State Government Finance Officers Association annual conference / training to be held in Albany, New York March 24, 2015 through March 27, 2015.
Sufficient funds exist in the Comptroller Training line to cover the cost of expenses, including lodging and conference.
Parks and Recreation:
Request from Parks and Recreation Superintendent to advertise a Request for Proposal to qualified individuals and firms for providing food and refreshment service at the Yorktown Town Pools concession facilities.
Supervisor:
Request from Supervisor’s office to extend the services of Cary Vigilante for broadcastings services from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 at a rate of $500.00/month.
