Parks and Recreation Department:
Request from Parks and Recreation Superintendent to have Town Board authorize Superivosr to execute a lease agreement on behalf of the Town, as tenant, with Yorktown Community Nursery School, landlord to provide facilities for the Parks and Recreation Department’s pre-school summer camp program.

Town Clerk:
Request from Teatown Lake Reservation for Town Board to approve and endorse the application of Teatown Lake Reservation for a grant under the Environmental Protection Fund known to help repair the Teatown Lake dam and located within this community.

Legal:
Request from Town Attorney for Town Board to authorize the Town Attorney to charge delinquent taxpayers, who redeem liens on taxes levied more than twenty-one (21) months before the redemption date, an administrative fee of $180, to cover last owner and lien searches and legal services; filing fees charged or likely to be charged by the County Clerk, and the costs of certified mailings and first class mailings, which charges shall be added to the most recent lien being redeemed.
