RESOLUTIONS (to be passed TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2015)

Engineering:
Request from Engineering Department for authorization of the Wastewater Treatment Facility to contract with Evoqua (sole source provider) for programming (2 visits of 2 days each including expense) of microfilters at the Yorktown Wastewater treatment Facility in the amount of $10,000.

Refuse and Recycling:
Request from Refuse and Recycling Coordinator to exercise its option to extend existing contracts for one year contracts for Bodywork on Town Cars and Bodywork on Town Trucks to Yorktown Auto Body and Luposello’s Auto Body.

Supervisor:
Request from Supervisor’s office to extend the services of Cary Vigilante for broadcastings
services from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 at a rate of $550.00/month.
