It is proposed to renovate the existing bank building and add an addition for a new drive-up canopy for two (2) drive-up lanes with an ATM and a third by-pass land. Lighting and landscaping will also be upgraded. The site is located at 1990 Commerce Street, Yorktown Heights, also known as Section 37.14, Block 2, Lot 52 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map.
