Request from Finance Department to accept an offer from Sullivan Data to donate advanced firewall and wireless equipment to the Town of Yorktown (the value of the donation would be $4,000.00)

Authorize the Town Supervisor to extend the service agreement with Ingersoll Rand.
Budget Transfer from Mtc. Repair Plant to Fuel Oil Microfiltration Bldg.

Finance:

Refuse and Recycling:
Request from Refuse and Recycling for the Town Board to approve the sale by Auction International of the Refuse & Recycling Department’s 1997 Ford F-350 pickup truck; vin 1FTHF36VEC97388

Legal:

Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign an agreement with SunGard Public Sector, Inc. for a renewal maintenance contract and support services for the Yorktown Police Department’s productivity software from February 1, 2014 through January 31, 2015.  The annual renewal fee is $52,110.20.
