ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION
GENERAL ELECTION

In order to vote by Absentee Ballot in the General Election scheduled for November 2, 2021, Application Forms for ballots must be postmarked no later than October 18, 2021.

Absentee Ballots must be postmarked by November 2, 2021 to be received by the Westchester County Board of Elections no later than November 9, 2021.

ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION FORMS may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, New York 10598 or call 914-962-5722, x209 or on the Westchester County’s Board of Elections website www.westchestergov.com/boe.
