PUBLIC NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING

Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Yorktown will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, New York 10598. The Town Board will immediately go into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting interviews for legal services.
