08/24/22 Strawberry Rd. Water Valve Installation, Service Interruption @ 10 PM.

YWD staff will be shutting down the water main on Strawberry Rd. (just past Foothill St. to the intersection of Strawberry Rd. & Lexington Ave.) in order to install a new water main valve. This is being down in preparation for the upcoming water main relining project on Strawberry Rd.

The work is being done in the PM so as to limit the inconvenience of a service interruption as much as possible. Also, because of daytime traffic / worker safety concerns.

Crews will be arriving on site at approximately 10:00 PM & the water main will be shut down shortly thereafter. Upon completing the installation the water main will be flushed.

Should you experience any discolored or cloudy (air) water after the water main is put back into service, please flush your cold water lines.

We appreciated your cooperation during this necessary water service interruption.
