1. Ivy Dental - 1723 East Main St., Mohegan Lake Proposed Building Sign
(This storefront is located in the Village Green Shopping Plaza)

2. Doc James - 952 East Main St., Shrub Oak Proposed Building Signs
(This storefront is replacing the former Natural Touch store in Camera’s Village).

3. China Star II - 980 East Main St., Shrub Oak Proposed Building Signs
(This storefront is in Camera’s Village).

4. I LUV MY KIDS - 3901 Crompond Rd., Yorktown Proposed Freestanding Sign
(This is in the former Sunshine Pizza site on Route 202).

5. Kirby’s Grill & Bar - 345 Kear St., Yorktown Proposed Building/Freestanding Signs
(This is the former Miracle’s Bar & Grill site.)

6. Chase Bank - 3394 Crompond Road, Yorktown Proposed Signs Throughout the Site
(This bank is located on the former Midway Hardware site).

Building Permits:
1. Yorktown Cancer Center - 3795 Crompond Rd., Yorktown Proposed Changes to Exterior Elvations
(This is located in the 202 Plaza - the former Route 202 Lumber site).

Request for Certificate of Occupancy :
1. Country Childrens Center - 862 Kitchawan Road, Yorktown Request for Certificate of Occupancy
(This project was previously approved by the ABACA in 10/09 and this will require a site visit).

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REFERRAL:
1. Tuscan Market - 3605 Crompond Road, Yorktown Performance Bond Release
(aka Crompond Plaza which houses the Snap-Fitness Center. This will require a site visit.)
