Yorktown Adult Social Day Program is very excited to let you know about the latest news at our center:

• The Adult Day Care Center is now available Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Participants can come in on any day, allowing their caretaker to run errands, go to an appointment or simply take a break. And we offer a FREE TRIAL DAY!
   
• Transportation is also available within certain mile radius
   
• Breakfast and Lunch provided daily
