Yorktown Rehab & Nursing Center Solar Projects

Application by Ecogy New York X, LLC and Ecogy New York XII, LLC for a site plan and special use permits to install:

  • A 283.8 kW-DC ground-mounted solar energy system to the east of the existing nursing building
  • To install a ground-mounted canopy solar energy system within the existing parking lot with a Tier 1 548 kWh battery storage energy system

The site is located at the addresses 2300 Catherine Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567, also known as Section 35.12, Block 1, Lot 3 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcels consist of approximately 12.8 acres in the RSP-3 zoning district.
