COVID-19 At Home Test will be distributed at the Jefferson Valley Mall on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 from 8:00am to 9:30am (or until supplies lasts)
This is for Yorktown Residents Only. You must produce a valid ID to verify address.
1 box (which contains two tests) will be given to each car.
