  • Yorktown Teen Center

    Yorktown Teen Center is a 501c3 charity corporation established in August 2009. Yorktown Teen Center is open to middle and high school students that reside in the Yorktown community. Its mission is to provide safe, positive, enriching, fun, supervised programs for teens.

    Yorktown's community library is located at 1130 Main Street in Shrub Oak.  For the past 80 years, the John C. Hart Memorial Library has served the public as, not only a place to find good material to read, but also a community-gathering place for programs of interest to children and adults alike.

    The Town of Yorktown is served by four excellent school districts; the Croton-Harmon School District, the Ossining Union Free School District, the Lakeland Central School District, and the Yorktown Central School District.

  • Senior Services

    The Town of Yorktown provides services for seniors at the Yorktown Community & Cultural Center. Services include: a nutrition center, meals on wheels, and a senior room where senior clubs and activities are held.

  • Emergency Services

    The Town of Yorktown is served by the Mohegan Lake and Yorktown Emergency Service Districts.

  • Community Emergency Response Team

    The Yorktown CERT works under the direction of the Yorktown Heights Police Department to provide emergency information and run shelter operations when the need presents itself in the Yorktown, NY area.
