DAY CAMP FAQ'S:

Additional information can be found in the 2024 Camp Parent Handbook.

The Community Pass website says registration is full, what should I do?

Initial registration is limited. We try our best to accommodate as many campers as possible while being in accordance with Department of Health counselor-to-camper ratio mandates. If the website says registration is full, please put your child(ren) on the waitlist for your desired camp. As we hire more camp counselors and spaces become available, we will reach out to families on the waitlist. Note, to fully be added to the waitlist you will have to proceed with checkout on the Community Pass website. There is no charge for being added to the waitlist. Please ensure all contact information on the Community Pass account is accurate.

What kind of Covid-19 Modifications will be in place this summer?

Based on current Department of Health guidelines, we expect to return to a "normal" summer camp format this season.  Camp staff will still take diligent care to ensure the health & safety of all our participants by sanitizing shared surfaces and encouraging good hygiene habits among campers.  Masks this season are optional.  Please note that all policies and procedures regarding Covid-19 are subject to change based on the latest information and guidelines set forth by the Department of Health.

Will Camp be held indoors or outdoors?

Our camps are an indoor/outdoor combination. A large part of camp will be held outdoors, with indoor spaces being utilized when appropriate. We ask to please prepare your child accordingly for the elements.

Will Camp be canceled if it rains?

No!  We will be able to hold camp indoors even when it is raining.  Camp may only be canceled in the case of severe, dangerous weather.

Will Camps be visiting the pool this season?

Yes!  Our FULL DAY CAMPS will visit the pool during the camp day for some fun in the water.  We know that visiting the pool is a huge benefit to our camps and we're so happy to be able to welcome campers to our aquatic facilities!
