Councilwoman Luciana Haughwout

Luciana C. Haughwout is the founder of the Connecting Wellness Center located in Yorktown Heights, NY and Manhattan, NY. She has over 15 years of high end commercial and residential real estate experience. Whether it was a closing or a land lease, Luciana was always heavily involved.

In 2012-2015 she supported clients by assisting in the development of three restaurants in Manhattan and points of sale for a cashmere company from Rome to various spots in the United States. 

From her work at a high profile law firm to engaging in business development and site planning, she continues to review codes and stay tuned with the business know how and building needs available. 

Luciana was appointed as a family case manager in 2018. She is a member of WIN charity, Trevor Project and works closely with her children’s school PTA. Luciana earned a BA from NYU and continues to study at the Institute of Core Energetics to complete her practitioner license.
