RESOLUTIONS – TO BE PASSED TONIGHT ON FEBRUARY 26, 2013
Legal:
Request from Town Board authorizing assignment of contract awarded to P&M Electric on November 14, 2012, for street light maintenance to Michael Dubovsky d/b/a Hanover Electric, retroactive to February 21, 2013 under the same terms and conditions as applicable to the Town’s contract with P&M Electric for such work.

Police Department:
Resolution authorizing that Margaret Guinan is hereby appointed to serve as a consultant in the Yorktown Police Department at a rate of $25.00 per hour beginning February 11, 2013.

RESOLUTIONS – TO BE PASSED ON MARCH 5, 2013
Legal:
Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to sign a lease agreement with AT&T for cell towers at French Hill and Mohegan water tanks.

Water Department:
Resolution authorizing David Rambo, Water Superintendent, to attend a three day management training class in Saratoga Springs, NY, sponsored by the New York Section American Water Works Association at a total cost of $655.00
Resolution authorizing David Rambo, Water Superintendent, to obtain competitive bids for the various maintenance materials which are regularly purchased by the Water Department.
