  Authorize the Friends of FDR and Donald J. Trump State Parks to apply to the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for a grant under the Recreational Trails Program.

  Finance:

                          Authorize Town Comptroller to pay former employee Charles Hall the cash value of unused personal, vacation, floating holiday and comp time accrued totaling $2,279.44 as of 7/9/2013.

                          Authorize creation of the Library Children’s Center Renovation capital project with an authorized spending of $90,000.00 (50,000-Friends of JC Hart Library and $40,000 Fund Balance)

  Engineering:

                          Resolution indicating Town’s interest in acquiring a permanent easement from the State for purpose of installing retrofit stormwater structure in real property situated in Depot Plaza near Trailway Resolved that the Town is interested in acquiring a permanent easement for Authorizing
