POLLING LOCATION CHANGES
THE YORKTOWN SPECIAL ELECTION
APRIL 16, 2024
The following are polling location changes that were made for the 2024 elections. These are in effect for all elections being held this year. The next Election Day will be held on April 16, 2024 for the Special Election in the Town of Yorktown for the Unexpired Term of Town Supervisor.
Changes:
- Election District 2 has been moved from the Elks Lodge to the Yorktown Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue.
- Election District 13 has been moved from the John C. Hart Memorial Library to Lakeland High School at 1349 E. Main Street.
- Election District 16 has been moved from the Yorktown Town Hall to the Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center.
- Election District 38 has been moved from the John C. Hart Memorial Library to Lakeland High School, 1349 East Main Street.

THE YORKTOWN SPECIAL ELECTION
APRIL 16, 2024
The following are revised hours for early voting for the Special Election being held in the Town of Yorktown for the Unexpired Term of Town Supervisor being held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
- Special Election (Supervisor – Unexpired Term) – Tuesday, April 16, 2024
Early Voting Dates & Times:- Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Monday, April 8, 2024 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
- Friday, April 12, 2024 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Early Voting Locations: Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center Gym, 1974 Commerce Street, Yorktown, NY 10598 (please enter from the Veterans Road entrance to the back of the building) and the Jefferson Village Annex, 3500 Hill Boulevard, Yorktown, NY 10598.
Deadline for Voter Registration: April 6, 2024 (last day application must be received by the Board of Election)
Deadline for Absentee / Early Mail Ballot Application: April 6, 2024 (last day application must be received by the Board of Election)
The Election Day for the Special Election is Tuesday, April 16th. If you choose to vote on that day, please vote at your usual polling location.
