Hydrant Flushing Today: Strawberry Rd. Area

The Yorktown Consolidated Water District will be flushing fire hydrants between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. today on the following streets: Strawberry Rd., Foothill St., Casey Ct., Emma La., Lockwood Rd., Eleanor Dr., Hudsonview St., Valleyview St., Cross Rd., Briarhill St., Chesterfield Dr., Chesterfield Ct., Marcy St., Dover St. and Cranberry La.

Your water may be discolored during the hydrant flushing. Try to avoid doing laundry during this period. Upon completion, please flush your cold water line until clear should you experience discolored water.
