(The applicant installed a sign without going through the approval process and now wishes to replace it.)

(This store is in the former Carvel site in the Turco’s Shopping Center).

3. Twist Frozen Yogurt - 2038 Saw Mill River Rd., Yorktown Proposed Building Sign
(This store is located in the lower level of the Roma Building.)

4. Tea Temptations - 1950 East Main St, Mohegan Lake Proposed Building Signs
(This store is located in the Mohegan Village Square).

5. Northern Westchester Properties - 1801 Commerce St., Yorktown Exterior Building Renovations
(The ABACA reviewed this project on 02/06/12. The applicant has submitted revised plans, material & color samples).
