CVS/pharmacy Crompond Road

Application of J. Nazzaro Partnership LP for approval of a site plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan with submitted plans titled, “CVS Pharmacy,” prepared by The Lauro Group, and last revised November 21, 2019.

The applicant has proposed to construct a 14,698 square foot CVS Pharmacy with drive through and associated parking, stormwater improvements, lighting, and landscaping. The site is located at the address 3320 Crompond Road, in Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, also known as Section 26.18, Block 1, Lots 23, 25 & 26 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcels consist of 9.817 acres in the C-2 and C-3 zoning districts.

A Public Hearing will be continued by the Planning Board of the Town of Yorktown in Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights,  New York  10598 on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 7:00 pm.
