Resolved, that the Town Board accepts the resignation of Charles Hall from the Water Department.

11. AWARD BID:
• Computer & Networking Equipment
Whereas, the Town solicited bids for the purchase of Computer-Networking Equipment for the Town’s computer system, and

Whereas, two timely bids were received, and said bids were opened Monday, July 15, 2013, pursuant to the published Notice to Bidders, and

Whereas, the Bid amounts are as follows:

Sullivan Data - $32, 657.73
Onsite Computer Services - $37, 865.22

Now, Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Town Board hereby awards said bid to Sullivan Data, the low bidder, for the purchase of the specified Computer
and Networking Equipment for a cost of $32, 657.73.

• Advertise Bid for Dewatered Sludge Removal & Disposal for the Water Pollution Control Plant
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Yorktown, Westchester County, New York, at the Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, New York, until 10:30 A.M., on Monday, August 12, 2013, for the Dewatered Sludge Removal and Disposal for the Yorktown Heights Sewage Treatment Plant, Bid #13-04.

• Advertise and Rebid Portable Generator w/ Trailer for the Water Pollution Control Plant
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Yorktown, Westchester County, New York, at the Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, New York, until 10:00 A.M., on Monday, August 12, 2013, for the Purchase of a Portable Generator for the Yorktown Heights Sewage Treatment Plant, Bid #13-03.

• Advertise Bid - Rehabilitation of Greenwood Street Culvert
Sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Yorktown, Westchester County, New York, at the Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, New York, for the Rehabilitation of Greenwood Street Culvert, Bid #13-5.

13. RESOLUTIONS
Request from Engineering Department:
• Accept Bonds and Fees for Permit #WP-BSWPPP-087-12 – Teatown Lake Reservation
WHEREAS, Teatown Lake Reservation Inc., as applicant, provided the Town
with Check No. 0001887 in the amount of $2,500 to serve as the Erosion Control
Bond for work performed at the Spring Valley Road site, and

WHEREAS, Teatown Lake Reservation Inc., as applicant, provided the Town
with Check No. 0001889 in the amount of $1,500 to serve as the Wetland Bond,
and

WHEREAS, Teatown Lake Reservation Inc., as applicant, provided the Town
with Check No. 0001888 in the amount of $500.00 to serve as the Construction
Monitoring Fee, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, that the above referenced monies are hereby accepted to serve as
the required bonds and fee for the above referenced Wetland, Stormwater and
Tree permit.

• Accept Performance & Erosion Control Bonds and Fees for Permit #WP-FSWPPP-039-12 – Lake Osceola Realty Site Plan
WHEREAS, Lake Osceola Realty Corp., as applicant, provided the Town with
Westchester Fire Insurance Company Site Improvement Bond #K08916895, in
the amount of $540,902.00 to serve as the Performance Bond for the Lake
Osceola Realty Site Plan located on East Main Street, and

WHEREAS, Lake Osceola Realty Corp., as applicant, provided the Town with
Westchester Fire Insurance Company Bond #K08916937 in the amount of $30,000.00 to serve as the Erosion Control Bond, and

WHEREAS, Lake Osceola Realty Corp., as applicant, provided the Town with
Check #1418 in the amount of $45,672.00 to serve as the 8% Inspection Fee, and

WHEREAS, Lake Osceola Realty Corp., as applicant, provided the Town with
Check #1423 in the amount of $5,000.00 to serve as the Wetland Bond for
Wetland and Stormwater permit #WP-FSWPPP-039-12, and

WHEREAS, Lake Osceola Realty Corp., as applicant, provided the Town with
Check #1422, in the amount of $1,250.00 to serve as the Inspection Fee for the
Town’s wetland consultant for Wetland and Stormwater permit #WP-FSWPPP-
039-12, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, that the above referenced monies are hereby accepted to serve as
the required bonds and fees for the above referenced site plan.

• Accept Bonds & Fees for Permit #BSWPPP-T-031-13 – Route 202
WHEREAS, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., as applicant, provided the Town with Check No. 59748 in the amount of $15,000 to serve as the Landscape Bond for
permit #BSWPPP-T-031-13, for work performed at the Route 202 site, and

WHEREAS, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., as applicant, provided the Town with Check No. 59749 in the amount of $3,500 to serve as the Erosion Control Bond
for the above referenced permit, and

WHEREAS, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., as applicant, provided the Town with Check No. 59750 in the amount of $1,000 to serve as the Inspection Fees for the
above referenced permit,

RESOLVED, that the above referenced monies are hereby accepted to serve as
the required bonds and fee for the above referenced Stormwater and Tree permit.

• Release Bond Permit #WP-BSWPPP-026-12 – Brookside Avenue
WHEREAS, Carlos Florentino, as applicant, posted check No.1027 in the amount of $600.00, to serve as the Erosion Control Bond and Wetland Bond, which was deposited into the T33 Account on May 21, 2012, covering permit #WP- BSWPPP-026-12, for work performed at his Brookside Avenue residence, and

WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has informed this Board that a representative of
her Department has inspected the property and determined that the work has been
satisfactorily completed, and that the $600.00 for erosion and wetlands may be
released, NOW THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, that the above-described Bond in the amount of $600.00, be and is hereby released to Mr. Carlos Florentino, 2335 Brookside Avenue, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598

• Release Erosion Control Bond #BSWPPP-097-12 – Iroquois Street
WHEREAS, Toni Susi as applicant for Kensington Estates, provided the Town
with Check No.1002 in the amount of $1,000.00, which was deposited into the
T33 account February 15, 2013, to serve as the Erosion Control Bond for Stormwater Permit #BSWPPP-097-12, for work at the Iroquois Street location,
and

WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has informed this Board that a representative of
her department has inspected the property and determined that the work has been
satisfactorily completed, and that the above referenced bond may be released,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, that the Erosion Control Bond be released to Kensington Estates,
1450 Iroquois Street, Shrub Oak, NY 10588, Attn: Mr. Toni Susi.

Request from the Finance Department:
• Authorize Town Comptroller to pay former employee William Olli the cash value of unused Sick, Personal, Vacation and Holiday Leave and Longevity accrued as of July 5, 2013..
Resolved, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Comptroller to pay former employee William Olli the cash value of unused Sick, Personal, Vacation and Holiday Leave and Longevity accrued as of July 5, 2013, his date of retirement, as follows:

• Approve Budget Transfer in the amount of $30,695.11 from General Fund Balance Reserve for Accrued Employee Benefits
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following 2013 budget transfer is approved:

Transfer $30,695.11 from the General Fund Balance Reserve for Accrued Employee Benefits (A.909.8) to Police Department Lump Sum Payments (A3120.108) for PO William Olli Sick Time Accrual payout on retirement.

Request from Highway Department:

• Authorize Supervisor to sign agreements for the SNAP Program
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign agreements with Westchester County Senior Programs and Services for the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) for the year April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.
