Submit U.S. Passport Applications at the Hart Library

The John C. Hart Memorial Library can now process U.S. Passport applications. In order to apply for a U.S. Passport at the John C. Hart Memorial Library, you must fill out an application, provide proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of identity, one passport photo which can be taken at the library, and pay the applicable fees.

Passport appointments are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
